I had purchased hugo boss no 6 along with a deo of the same brand. I had requested for the return and refund twice. Once a personnel from courier came but because he was late, he postponed the pick up date for later day.
Now i'm calling at the customer care for so long and it's not connecting. Pls provide for return pick up & refund asap.
