Perfume2Order — Fraud and Cheating

Hello, I placed an order for Playboy Miami Deodrant on the 17th of July, 2015 for 2 items. I compared the prices in a lot of other sites like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal etc... and I found Perfume2order was very cheap for two deos compared to others. I order online for cash on delivery since it was my first time with them and then submitted the request. When I got the order I got only one item. I emailed the company on 23rd, July, 2015 but they replied that they got a request for only one item. I compared with a lot of sites and also before placing the order I refreshed the page multiple times because the amount for two deos was only 276.00 rupees which was very less compared to 380.00 and 420.00 on other sites. I asked the company when I know that the price of the Deo costs only 180.00 rupees outside in the market why would I even bother to order online and pay extra 90.00 rupees. They replied that the MRP was for the deo and the rest of the amount was added to shipping and other charges. I know they are trying to fool me because I'm very careful when I'm placing orders online and I'm sure that I selected two items. It's not my fault if there website didn't calculate the amount properly. I'm looking for some investigation into this. I want my second Deodrant delivered. Please help. Thanks!
