Periyar University — Mistake in Provisional but not responding

Respected sir/ madam,
I G DAYAKAR REDDY, From TELANGANA Enrollment number 15UMH13580002, passed B.Sc MATHEMATICS and applied for 1):- Final year Marks sheet, 2):- Consolidated Memo 3):- Provisional certificate on MONDAY 15/02/2021 ( I also paid 1000+2000+1000 for above certificates )
And you provided also .But two issues are there

issue (1) : MISTAKE IN PROVISIONAL

In Provisional PART(iii) Misprinted as SECOND CLASS But I got PART (iii) First class mark's (Here I am attaching my PROVISIONAL as well as CONSOLIDATED memo also so that you can compare)

Issue (2) : FINAL YEAR MARK'S SHEET NOT PROVIDED

You have provided me only one subject mark's sheet (which I wrote as supplement paper in December-2019) Instead of FINAL YEAR MARK'S SHEET
I clearly mentioned in application as "I completed my BSc mathematics course in Dec-2019 hence please provide me my FINAL YEAR MARK'S SHEET "

As I am going to get promotion I essentially need this certificate .
Hence I kindly request you to please
1):- provide PROVISIONAL certificate by correcting the part (iii) as first class And
2):- please provide my final year mark's sheet (including written and passed final year three exams in August 2018 and one supplement exam passed in December-2019)

Please consider my request on a priority basis and do me a favour
