I, santu barik, a student of your university. My registration number is 11uhi17310007. I would like to inform you that the spelling of my name is wrongly recorded in the documents as santu brik instead of santu barik.
Please advise me the procedure for correction all document. Please take necessary action to make correction of my name in all documents as soon as possible
