Periyar University — result awaited

I was enrolled with periyar Universty under the name Geetika Sharma for m.phil history in the year 2007.
Identity card was allotted to me with Regd. No. 6MH[protected] and admission card allotted showed register no. 06DCCE2238.
I also appeared for my exam but my result is still awaited.
I also tried to contact many times but could not get any reply from the University.
I therefore request to please look in to the matter or I have to take the matter for RTI.
