Once you place order on this site, then you are stuck. Shipping is extremely slow. They take 1-2 weeks just to ship the order. They don't allow cancellations even if it is not shipped yet (even though their website says the order can be canceled until it is processed). There is no refund mechanism. Customer care is useless. They are only there to trap the customers and not to provide any real customer service. Beware of this site. I will never shop here again. Was this information helpful? |
