This was my first time ordering from Pernia's and I would say their customer service and policies need to be improved.
It took a few days initially to even place my order due to the confirmation needed and time zone differences. The only way to contact is messaging via Whatsapp, no email address or international phone call # either.
There were no updates given or time estimates for shipping and the package arrived after said date frame. Once I opened the package, the item was definitely not like what was described and pictured on the website. I even confirmed my sizing (Small) with the customer service reps before ordering, but the outfit was HUGE in person. Of course when I asked about returning, Pernia's rep was no help. So we had to pay even more locally to get it altered. There was so much extra fabric than shown on the model in online photos. We had to get about 12 inches cut off and the length was so long (even with heels) that the beads dragged on the floor.
I was not satisfied with the entire process - from ordering to receiving the outfit, which was not cheap to say the least. The only reason I am giving even 2 stars is because the fabric and print design was nice. Otherwise, highly disappointed and will not be ordering from here again. Please improve your customer service, pricing, and setting proper expectations rather than misleading customers with inaccurate photos and descriptions on the website.

I purchased a dress that was ill-fitting. I promptly contacted the company to request a refund in exchange for returning the unworn, undamaged item. They refuse. They have a zero-return policy. This policy is unethical given the amount of online advertising they do. They also hide this policy from potential consumers.

Once you place order on this site, then you are stuck. Shipping is extremely slow. They take 1-2 weeks just to ship the order. They don't allow cancellations even if it is not shipped yet (even though their website says the order can be canceled until it is processed). There is no refund mechanism. Customer care is useless. They are only there to trap the customers and not to provide any real customer service. Beware of this site. I will never shop here again.

Sometimes it is hard to imagine that known websites like perniaspopupshop can too dupe and mislead their clients. It does not keep its prices stagnant. Their prices increases with the demand. Within a span of two days their item price got increased from rs 36000 to rs 40000 and the amount of discount decreased from 50% to 40%, inspite of the designer flashing that 50% is for the next three days, they decreased the discount next day itself.

I would never buy from this company again. They have the worst customer service ever! I ordered two outfits, only one was delivered and they have yet to issue a refund - all sorts of excuses.. All they do is send generic emails to make you think they are working on resolving the issue, but they don't take any action. I am now handling it via paypal, but it has been an absolute nightmare to deal with them. Any other company would refund the money instantly. They should be ashamed of their customer service.

I made a purchase online which was delivered 36 days after the purchase was made. A clear condition was of purchasing the product was - should the product not be delivered in "30 days", i would get 30% store credit.

However, when i made them aware that the purchase was late, they told me it was "30 working days" and not "30 days".
