I regret to inform that the above subject document was couriered to me by axis bank to my residence address 11/p monohar pukur road, first floor, kalighat, kolkata 700026. The document arrived at blue dart bhawanipur office at about 14:00 hours and out for delivery. The delivery was not made till 5:30 pm at my residence. My wife had to go out for some urgent work but she cancelled her programme just to take delivery of this important document. It is very much regretted that tracking information mentioned at about 06:00 pm the delivery could not be made since the door was locked. This is shear lie and false information.

This is serious lapse, negligence and irresponsible attitude on the part of the blue dart. You are requested to please take up this issue seriously and ensure they delivery the document immediately.
