I regret to inform that the above subject document was couriered to me by axis bank to my residence address 11/p monohar pukur road, first floor, kalighat, kolkata 700026. The document arrived at blue dart bhawanipur office at about 14:00 hours and out for delivery. The delivery was not made till 5:30 pm at my residence. My wife had to go out for some urgent work but she cancelled her programme just to take delivery of this important document....
