Personal — id :[protected] warranty issue on hp laptop

I purchased the hp laptop on 09-feb-2017 with 1 year warranty. My laptop warranty showing warranty expire (Due to someone turned on before purchase)
So warranty date registered as old date.. This i come to know compare the purchase date and bios updated date.

I have attached my bill copy and bios screenshot.

Kindly check and confirm.
Just want to know whether the problem in reliance showroom or dealer side..

Based on that i will file a case to against them.
