Personal Loan — wrong information without my permission the loan amount credit in my bank account

I Mr Bharat Bhushan R/O 3367 Pusa Gate Ranjeet Nagar New Delhi 110008 S/O Mr Girdhari Lal. The lady Ms Navya call me few days back for the personal loan with mobile number [protected] I sad OK I just need only one lac amount I have already running my hdfc bank loan of ₹288000/_ with loan no 41429131 for tenure of 48 months 22 months installment already given without any break so she said OK sir for one lac I give my all documents for personal loan after that I have received the msg that fresh loan No 58632754 has been approved for 3 lac after that I talk to Ms Navya I just need only one lac amount with rate of interest 12% reducing with no processing fee she said OK sir today when I receive payment of ₹116334/ from hdfc Bank in my bank of baroda A/C NO-[protected] with my fresh loan account number 58632754 then I contact to Ms Navya how this amount credit in my bank account when I need only one lac only she said OK sir I checked then I go to the loan app of hdfc bank put my fresh loan no 58632754 showing three lac approved with tennur of 48 months with rate of interest 13% with 2.5 processing fee then immediately I call to Navy what is that she said that my running loan no 41429131 balance amount clear and top up given I said I just applied only for one lac personal loan as fresh not top up on my previous running loan then immediately I call to hdfc bank loan customers care number[protected] I lunch the complaint No-DELR[protected] so please take a serious matter as wrong information was given to client by Ms Navya I also luch a fir agints MS Navya.
