Personal — refund of money against the cancelled ticket

Dear sir/madam,
I like to intimate that i booked a indigo ticket from kolkata to agartala on 19th march 2019 for mrs swagata debnath having pnr no-pnlj5b, but the was cancelled & indigo has confirmed the cancellation & the money was refunded to goibibo. But goibibo neither confirmed the cancellation nor refund the money to me. So your intervene is required on the issue to solve the issue.
