Pest Control India — issues regarding cockroach treatment

A month back i approached pci for cockroach treatment at my flat. Though there are number of other vendors who can provide the same service at much less charges i opted for pci because of previous experience. However, this time my experience was worst. The treatment was not at all effective and i face the same issue of cockroaches which i had before the treatment. I filed a complaint which took 15 days to attend inspite of my daily follow-ups. One person came to attend the complaint, did some formality and never turned back to ask for feedback. It was a hopeless experience with pci and i would recommend my office team (Itc ltd.) also to discontinue the services. For me it was wastage of money, time (Follow-ups) with 0% satisfaction.
