I have made purchase at Peter England with an offer "Buy three and get two free"- as per the Regular Scheme but being a regular customer I am having Special Code to Buy three and get three free.

The Benefit of Buy three and get three free was not provided to be by the Manager of Peter England at Nirman Vihar Metro Station.

I am having the CODE VIA SMS from the Company to buy three and get three but the same benefit has not been given to me by the Managar and accordingly my Sale is incomplete till the date.

I demanded shirts of 100% cotton fabric and purchased two shirts from Maruti Selection, near Ajanta Talkies, SV Patel Road, Dahod-389151 (Guj) Tel.[protected]. Colour of one shirt has been fade up and fabric is not 100% cotton (65% polyster and 35% cotton). I intended to replace the same, but dealer has flatly refused the same. When i approch your showroom at thrippunithura, they says that this scheme is for non-keralites. I want to know the truth behind this. Sir kindly reply to my email id [protected]@gmail.com.

Your showroom on residency road in srinagar (Kashmir) often refuses to check our bonus points online, sometimes on the pretext of lack of connectivity or other reasons. But within a few minutes after we leave the showroom, we receive sms confirming our purchase. Last time i bought goods worth 10, 000 but they didn't give me a bag even which they were supposed to, by saying that the schemes take time for implementation in kashmir. Now i have stopped to shop there.

Hi, i have purchased tshirt of peter england from rcity mall ghatkoper on 09th may 2018. After 1st wash i observed that the color is getting dull and found white spot on tshirt. Request you to please lookinto this and provide best possible solution.
Please note its creating a bad impression of peter england in front of customers. I am very much disappointed because of such poor quality. Awaiting for your immediate action on this.

Got a message regarding point redemption i want to the store to redeem my point and at the end of buying a short but the # system is not accepting the otp. The system showing a insufficient shopping then why the # company sending a nonsense message they try to make people stupid. Such a nonsense marketing strategy to make customers fool

I am customer to peter england branded shirts and pants. But recently i bought shirt which is not stitched correctly and most of the threads viewing threads were not cut correctly. I took almost an hour to remove all those extra threads.

One week back i bought 2 shirts to my dad but even had same problem. My dad was scolding for bringing peter england so called branded shirts.
Really pissed of with your quality product. I decided not to buy any shirts from you guys.

Yesterday on 25th february 2018 i had purchased five thousands rupees clothes from your nit faridabad store, but after told by your staff i will get one tourist bag after purchase of rs. 5000 cost items as a today scheme. But after purchased the rs. 5000 items your staff had not given bag to me. Please cross check scheme and confirm me why they have not given me the same. And why they are giving falls commitment to client before purchasing any items from your store. This is wrong practice. Stop this immediately.

We had purchased a garments on 31/01/2018 jan at 9.30 pm with offer buy 3 get one at peter england trichy. Two garments unfit for wear. We need exchange for that dress, but showroom people refused and they said that after sale there is no exchange. But that matter never said by you and show room people.

This is Khurram Mahmood Khan, one of your old and loyal customers. I had been purchasing Peter England shirts and trousers for approx. last 10- 12 years. But what happened in my last purchase at your authorized Outlet based in Center Point, Aligarh, U.P. is really surprising and shocking, as well!

While on my last visit to my hometown, I went in for purchasing 5 shirts from PE authorized outlet based in Center Point, Aligarh. This was on either 14th or 15th Jan., 2018. When today I opened one of these brand new shirts, to my utter surprise, there was a deep cut in this brand new shirts (photographs attached fykr). This cut was hidden because there was some tag of company, on the second button of the shirt (from top). This has made me very insecure, as to where can a person trust for quality- when, we do not get from a reputed brand like yours? The reason customers like me come to you is because of quality and variety- although, we know that we pay premium for this. But this incident has really made me think over again, while purchasing, even from such brands.

Kindly advise, your action, as this is a shocking incident and I demand a brand new shirt in the same range from the same outlet.

Since, I am working in Saudi Arabia, so, cannot go to the outlet, otherwise, I would have confronted your local team of Aligarh (Mr. Danish, if I recall correctly and a display boy).

I had visited your showroom at lulu mall, cochin to pick up few shirts and trousets for my overseas travel. The store associate in the store was too involved in flirtatioius conversation with the lady associate. It was so embarassing as each time i asked him for different colors, he kept ignoring. Please educate your associates, if not its better to roll down the shutters of your business.

We have visited at your showroom located in rajnagar distric center (Rdc) ghaziabad.
The behaviour of store manager was uneducatable. Voice pinch was so loud not ready to hear customer.
I am really disappointing with this store manager.
I know i will not get any respomse from your side against that person. But i am complaining bcoz i know the value of peter england brand. But this store manager will take down your brand value.
After all this things i have purchased 2 shirts from cobb. And that guys are really know how to behave with customers.

The photo of the product which i am enclosing here with is just four months old and hardly worn 3-4 times. Its was the brand name which attracted me to buy it at such a price which is costlier than other brand.. Nevertheless the company appears as not to have maintain the quality of its own product.

I request you to the collect the product from me and have it tested in your own laboratory as to whether it was of merchantable quality. You can yourself ascertain duly supported by laboratory examination report about the quality and merchantablity of the growth..

I purchased a pair of Peter England polycotton trousers (https://www.peterengland.com/product/peter-england-brown-trousers-200227.html) in Bangalore. They are rough, scratchy and itchy. Even after washing them multiple times they have not softened.

I even soaked the trousers overnight in white vinegar and washed them the next day - even this hasn't softened them. In addition, the trousers get extremely hot after extended wear.

I would like to know what is needed in order to soften the trousers, especially, the inner part of the trousers, so that they can be worn without discomfort.

We had made purchase of rs 5097/- bill no 24401i17000241, dtd 21/07/2017 for total six pieces of cloths (4 formal & 2 cotton jeans pants) at peter england, latur showroom. Unfortunately formal pants are not up to expectation quality levels & started showing bubbling effects. We got confirmation for service support throughout india during purchase & sadly it's not happening. We got 2 formal pants replacement from same latur shop & thanking you for the same but balance 2 formal pants are at pune location & request for replacement support at anywhere at pune city shop. We have already visited peter england, baner pune shop but mr suresh (Shop supervisor) denied to replace it.

I like peter england clothing. It fits me very well.

The sales person name jagadish has misbehavior character. Always talk to customers with arrogance.

While billing he goes and talk someone else in phone and he made me to wait 5min for just to make bill. "it happened to me thrice." my colleagues also had same experience.

If i ask a different sizes his body language tells that 'oh why is this guy eating my head just to buy a thing'.

It seems like he doesn't likes his job.

Sales person behaviour at least should have pleasing nature in my opinion.

But bad attitude is definitely not good for companies like peter england.

Today i went to peter england at forum value mall, whitefied, bangalore. One of the employee behaviour is not good. When i asked a shirt for trial. He told you already tried one shirt so you cannot try the same size. I replied, without liking the shirt how can i take that one. Again he replied that you can leave the shop. Actually i thought to buy atleast 3 sets of dresses for diwali. Due to his behaviour, i took dress in van heusen (Nearby shop). I am a regular customer too n peter england. But from now onwards i will think twice before entering peter england and also i will spread this incident to my friends and relatives.

I have purchased a jeans from peter england showroom (Peter england store, 3/311, centre point, aligarh - 202 002. Aligarh, uttar pradesh.) in august 2017 within 10 days from purchase the jeans got defected and i had returned the same in the store. Its almost 15 days now but no response from your end has come and i am suffering after wasting my money.

Every week i visit the showroom but they don't have any concrete answer. I emailed and call them many time but there is no responce.

I m purchase clothes from peter england store from balajee store in boring road that the offer is above 4999 rs a shirt is free but shirt was not given. Bill is also store in company store. On 11 sept 2017 bill is not given by her. I m purchase of rs 5500 on same day but he was not given shirt i m claiming for shirt he was not giving me shirt. Bill is not given by her he told me that the bill is not stored in peter england pc... Plus file the complaint.

I have purchased the trousers on date 30/07/2017 against your offer buy 2 get 2 free at your showroom on tapaswi plaza on pune mumbai highway. One of trouser i used once & found that threads of trousers are coming out. I hve not stretched it or washed it. Requesting you to give the replacement of the same.
