Yester day (24/4/2016) I went to peter England showroom ( officers lane.vellore, tamilnadu) to buy a shirt of 50 % offer given by the company.The offer was Dear member, last date today for one time exclusive offer earn 50% cash back on purchase at peter England, as loyalty pts, at any store in TN except Chennai.But the above mentioned store in vellore refused to give me this offer.pls give me correct details .

I am a regular customer of Peter England. .I bought belt in Peter England showroom.
The sales person has to make extra hole .
He made it in a different place . it looks ugly and uneven.the shop person is not answering properly .it gives a bad name to u r company . .you give me justification sir and replace with new one .

I am pankaj premi working for merit trac (Online testing ltd). I have purchased a trouser worth of rs. 1700/- of your brand on 5/04/2016 (Tuesday) at centrum jyoti mall, jyoti chowk, jalandhar, punjab.

For my surprise, there is no brand name in the trouser. I am wondering how such mistake can happen in showroom. Now its a question that whether i really purchased peter england brand or something else.

I request to pay attention in this regard and give us a solution

I bought the trouser on 6th march 2016 and wore it on 8th march.Moreover washed it on 15th march and when it dried the trouser's colour was faded from the front just in a single wash.

I bought peter england shirt from pantaloon outlet Ambiance mall gurgaon. after two three wash shirt fabric totally faded.want to exchange my shirt.My mobile no is [protected]

I bought a light coloured trouser on 18/12/2015. after a wash it was faded in front side and back side of both the pockets and below. immediately i complaint to showroom which is located in perambalur - tamilnadu. sales personnel not responded properly.herewith i have attached bill copy what should i do further?

Sir I bought jacket from SCO3, Moonlight Cineplex, Main chowk, Kathua-184101, worth rupees 2499 ( 40%off =1574) on cash payment of bill S15/1580 dated 30/12/2015 at 3:06:52 pm but before that i made payment through my debit card for same amount and same item vide transaction no. Hi, I am a valid client of peter england brand. Till now, i purchased lot of clothes like pent, shirt, suits, jackets etc. of Peter england. 2 years back i purchased one jacket(Handcrafted) which i liked so much and full filled all my requiremts at a total cost of Rs.3500/- Sales person also told me that it would be long last. I love the jacket so much and i rarely use it. Whenever i Wear it, everybody tell me it is nice. but this winter, when i going to use it i notice that it gets damage. For which i felt very bad. So, i request Peter England, to take the matter seriously, otherwise people like me who love to wear peter england clothes will be unhappy. i also request peter England to provide a different piece of the same or repair the damage or payback my money. Dear sir/ Madam, I am writing this complaint from Nanded, Maharashtra. My father went to but some T Shirts at your store situated at Shivaji Nagar. he asked to take three of the T shirts for trail at home and made full payment for the same. Both shopkeeper and my father agreed for the same and he bought the T shirts home for trial. after checking the T shirts, he liked two of them and one was rejected. when he went back to the store to return the rejected T shirt, the shopkeeper dis respected him. He disagree to return the money for the rejected T shirt Rs. 660 and also he said "agar apko pasand nahi aya to agli bar se shop me ana bhi mat". This is how your representative treat the consumers ? We often but cloths from the same shop. We spend approx. 8-10K every quarter for your brand and this is what we get in return ? I[censored]r representative is not willing to sell the clothes then i request you to either close down the shop or hand it over to any another better person. Later on, when i went back to the shop again to talk to him, told me that he have deposited Rs. 660 to be repaid later or adjusted in next billing. I hope u will look after this matter. Thank You.

I have purchased products more then Rs 10, 000 in November month & every month i purchase approx Rs 3000 in PE show room. Yesterday i checked my reward points its Zero. If i dont receive and response or points, i will take necessary action on your brand.

Hello Sir/Madam, I had bought a PETER ENGLAND shirt from Chandigarh Sector 22 D, from Peter England outlet [ Sheelas Collection] SCO8- Sector 20 D for summer season use. I had purchased three shirts, out of those I had trailed for only one shirt, The sales executive didn't't allowed me to make trial of all shirts which i wanted to buy, instead he gave me a demo shirt of same size. I wore that demo shirt and then satisfied by the size, I bought the original three shirt and one trouser for Rs.3974. At home, when I opened the first shirt and trouser, I wore it and was perfectly ok. After one month I opened second shirt and it was also ok. After Another two months I had wore the third shirt which was ok. but after every wash arms of shirt got shrink upto 1.5 inch. I contacted dealer where he told me that they cannot replace the shirt and was telling that he cant do any thing. How rude. I had trusted the company and opened the shirts as per requirement. Was that my mistake. Definitely not. The dealer was telling that it is not possible that the there will be fault in company' shirt. Everyone makes mistakes. Even a big company like peter england too can has poor quality cloth. But this is not the solution that we customers have to pay price of that mistake. I cannot wear that shirt in this condition and i lost my hard earned money of Rs.1599. Please sir/madam, kindly look into the matter and do the needful in this regard. Thank you. Today a message received from peter England saying 2+2 offer.so purchased 2 shirts if ₹1399 and ₹1299 and got 2 shirts of ₹1299 both.so my bill should be ₹2698 after using calculator he asked ₹2827.I didn't noticed and given it to him and later recognised his scam.I don't know is it a complaint or not please reply.I will attach cash memo.

Today i went to purchase a shirt in peter England which is located in belagavi opposite to BIMS on civil hospital road, When i asked a person sitting on computer about points, he started talking me in hindi, as i asked him to talk in KANNADA which is regional language of Karnataka, he refused to talk, as there was only one person who was able to talk in KANNADA, But the person who was sitting in front of computer asked other sells man to not to talk in KANNADA, which is insanely bad behavior peter England team, I purchase from peter England because i love the brand, i am a fan of PE But this horrific situation turned me totally.. Being a national company, you should follow the regional rules. My request to you is, to make a profit, and to exist in a regional place, you should be regional who can communicate in regional language, whichever it is, one or two.. But he or she should not ignore their customers. This happened today, from this day i am not going to buy a single thing from PE.

I have bought shirt from exclusive showroom at mayor vihar phase 1, And its torned at left sleves back side, when I get back to showroom for fault they said for expert advice an after 3 days they said that we are not going to replace it, so I request them to repair it, but they do nothing for this..

Dear Sir I had purchased 2 pants from Reliance outlet at Durgapur, West Bengal . Out of 2 pants, 1 pant is having quality issue on colour . It is black pant . After 3-4 Month, it became whitish . I am regular used of Peter England . I have not faced such issue . However I could not find its original Bill . So it is delayed for complaining . Now I hav got its details from credit card statement that purchase date was 25/11/2014 . Problem was notice in month of Feb -March . I will be visiting reliance outlet now . I bought 6 peter england items from bKhade bazar Belgaum Kar show room. Some Pants waist sizes does not match. One pant is 34 inch but other pant labelled as 34 inch but it is not. I wore and shown it to the dealer I saw it lively and accepted the fault but not ready to replace. Kindly dont trust on this brand blindly on the quality and size of the meterial that to on offer time. Too much cheating.

Horrible service and cheating I am Dr. Vivek Kakatkar from Nashik. This is the second consecutive year when we were informed about the sale for members. I and my son had gone for shopping and found that from the first day of sale which says buy 3 and get 3 there were only 2 trousers of the size available. And this has happened for the second consecutive year. The behaviour of the staff at the college road nashik shop was extremely bad and they were very arrogant. This is not the first time I have experienced such nonsense. I am going to lodge a complaint in the consumer court regarding the same that the customers are being cheated in the name of the sale and about the rude staff. Sorry state of affairs is that nothing has been done so far even when I had complained about it earlier also.
