I have raised a service request to cancel one of my order due to size issue. I got a mail saying it would be cancelled and refund will be initiated as there is no provision of change of size on ordered item. But no action was taken and it has been delivered to the address. As this is a gift item I felt embarrasement due to this.

Pants purchased from MAX Trimulgiri Secunderabad store on 19 May 2023. Pant's colour totally faded within a month which is not expected from the brand like Peter England. Pant is now looking very odd.

photo is attached for your reference and your intervention as well as enquiry is expected to be initiated to avoid any such occurrence in future.
you are also requested to exchange my pant, please.

I asked to show me a jeans yesterday
They show me only 2 or 3 pairs of jeans..
I asked more options
They don't show me and tell me
I am not able to buy Peter England cloths get out the shop.
I don't know the name of employee
But he is sitting in the billing desk..
I ask for the offer of my mobile number or other offers going on Peter England
They don't tell anything thing about offers
This is a bad example from India's one of leading brand Peter England
I am never shop anything from you

Tshirt I bought two days back in Peter England shop located in pulivendula is full of small holes.I need new tshirt with exchange of that or I need full refund for that shirt.

03 shirts were purchased on 05.05.23 and two of them had blood strains, which was noticed later. These shirts were purchased at Raj nagar district center ghaziabad.

Staff was very rude, when it was asked for exchange.

I have ordered item on their Peter England app and selected Express Delivery and selected Peter England Navi Mumbai Grand Central Mall and after few minutes it got automatically cancelled. I have not received my refund of ₹ 7839, they are showing refunded on their application, But i have not received any money from their end.
My order no. Is SA8239918. Please look into the matter. Resolve my issue

I have not received refund, As the Peter England is Stating that Refunded, but I haven't received any money from their End. I have emailed too, no response from their end, no customer care number nothing,

I have purchased Peter England's SNEAKERS FOR MEN (Beige) from Flipkart on 24th March'23 and after only wearing it once its Sole seems cut from back side where Peter England's logo is imprinted.

App is showing that refund is processed but it's not received yet in my upi account. Orders are as under

Hi Peter Ingland Team,
Very sadly I am writting this complaint mail to you. Currently I live in Taiwan and I came for a short break to India. I bought 5 shirt from Peter Ingland shop which is located in DLF mall Noida sector 18. After reaching Taiwan I checked all the shirt and I found one shirt is defected. This was a gift iteam to my Taiwanese Friend and now I am unable to give him a gift. I feel ashamed on brand that they sell iteams without checking the iteams. I am a regular user of this brand from last 20 years I never face this kind of issue before. Now the problem is I cant exchange in Taiwan and I cant offer this gift to my friend. I feel verey very bad about it.
I would like to request you kindly try to send this iteam to me by DHL courier service so soon I can receive in Taiwan and I can give to my friend. If you need my Taiwan address I can provide you.

Please try to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I have purchased 4 T-shirt and 1 Jeans from peter england uttam nagar outlet on MRP however online it is available on discounted price of 50% and 30%, it is totally fraud of around 2k.

I have reached out the outlet and complained about it, they were saying senior will not pick up my call and nothing will happen in your case

Had a worst experience at Peter England store, College Road, Nasik. I recieved call from 'PETER ENGLAND' STORE, saying u got birthday offer, shop for 3000/- and get 1000/- off. Offer valid till 31st march'23. I visited the store and they denied saying that u didnt recieved a text message regarding offer so its not applicable for you. This was really wierd and not expected from such a renowned brand. HENCE FORTH WILL NEVER SHOP AT PETER ENGLAND STORE.
