I have ordered a black pant the product I have got was blue when iam trying to deliver the product it showing colour mismatch I have the product with all original tags it has been 20 days the product is not been taken for return and there no response from the company

Sir I'm a regular customer of your company 3month ago from now I was purchased a jogger the quality was very cheap of the jogger in 3 months my jogger fade the color so I had visit your Shivpuri mp store where I purchase the jogger the behaviour of the seller is not good they was abusing me when i was contact them about my jogger... because they already take to my jogger on 31st October but till to now I have no information and no update they are not informing me and the store manger is black listed my number so please help what action can I take against the shopkeeper..

Had raised my concern about item not received and no attempt initiated by courier. Have received mail from your end and assured that issue will be resolved but no communication from your end till date. Am very Disappointed. Not happy with your services. Its been 15 days since I had raised complaint in consumer forum, you guys (peter England ) had replied me on 10th of this month and you noticed that you will cancel my order and refund my money with in 2 to 3 working days, but still there is no update from your side i am daily raising tickets but there is no response even i had emailed you 3 to 4 times but still there is no reply from you my order no is 6856660 resolve my issues, its so frustrating for me to wait until this long, every time I raise an issue you guys telling me that you will contact me in 48 hours but there is no reach out from you guys . I had placed order on 30-09-22, order id 6856660 they notified me that product will be delivered by 7 th of October but until now there is no sign of it, I had raised 3 complaints but there is no call back from them, they are simply sending the text and mailing the ticket number and mentioning that they will reach us in 48 hours but they are not making any call or any thing ells. My order no. 6613669 Yet not delivered as it's promiss date of delivery was 22/08/2022 but still not delivered.I requested 3 times to cancel the order as I am not at my address, but Peter England is sleeping and not cancelling, not refunding my money which is paid already.
I request again to cancel and refund my money as soon as possible.
