Had raised my concern about item not received and no attempt initiated by courier. Have received mail from your end and assured that issue will be resolved but no communication from your end till date. Am very Disappointed. Not happy with your services. You should concentrate on Retail shops business only. Online business is not your cup of tea or team is not effeicent enough to handle on line business. My case number is CAS- 516125-LOY9M8

Its been 15 days since I had raised complaint in consumer forum, you guys (peter England ) had replied me on 10th of this month and you noticed that you will cancel my order and refund my money with in 2 to 3 working days, but still there is no update from your side i am daily raising tickets but there is no response even i had emailed you 3 to 4 times but still there is no reply from you my order no is 6856660 resolve my issues, its so frustrating for me to wait until this long, every time I raise an issue you guys telling me that you will contact me in 48 hours but there is no reach out from you guys . I need my money back .

The color of trouser faded after 3 washes.

I had placed order on 30-09-22, order id 6856660 they notified me that product will be delivered by 7 th of October but until now there is no sign of it, I had raised 3 complaints but there is no call back from them, they are simply sending the text and mailing the ticket number and mentioning that they will reach us in 48 hours but they are not making any call or any thing ells. I need my order or cancel it and make refund to my original payment method.

Regarding Refund, Order ID 6705034. I returned the product on 13.9 . 2022. Still now I am not getting my refund amount.

I mailed so many times but, I'm not getting any replies from your side. Return ID[protected]. After pickup refund will be updated 2-3 business days, but I'm not received. But, It's more than days u mentioned. Is it fair?

the product is very defected
i am pay full payment of 1999 on MRP,

product is not change,

i am return this shirt on your showroom but you are not change,

i am come to showroom thereafter,

the product is sale in half price of only 999/-

then i ask to peter england

your product cost is only 999 then how can you sold this product 1999/-
and if in my case you not change defected peace.
this product fabric is very bad
no response for any body my problem
only waste of time and waste of my money

My order no. 6613669 Yet not delivered as it's promiss date of delivery was 22/08/2022 but still not delivered.I requested 3 times to cancel the order as I am not at my address, but Peter England is sleeping and not cancelling, not refunding my money which is paid already.
I request again to cancel and refund my money as soon as possible.

I ordered a shirt on 15 th August and it was showing delivery on 22nd August, but today is 23rd and didn't received my product yet. And I am not able to track my product, its not updated.
So I request you to look upon this and deliver my order as soon as possible.

Hi I purchased a blazer on site, with order id 6591202, under which I've been informed that its out for delivery on 13th August 2022, but still haven't received it. It still shows its out delivery. Im trying to reach the team on app support, Facebook messages and Instagram but still haven't received any response from 13th august 2022. Inspite of raising disputes with no response im totally disappointed of Peter England team

I filled a complaint several times no response from their side Funny thing is product is out for delivery on 20:22 and delivery at 20:23 which I’m surprised how some one delivered product within a minute
