I have bought jeans from your store in May months, in 4-5 uses its cloths is defected ....

Hi, I have ordered kurta from Peter England official website but the size is not fit to me so I placed the return order but still they did not arrange any pickup and i raised multiple queries through their contact us page in their official website but I am not getting any response.

Regarding Refund, Order ID 6705034. I returned the product on 13.9 . 2022. Still now I am not getting my refund amount.

My order no. 6613669 Yet not delivered as it's promiss date of delivery was 22/08/2022 but still not delivered.I requested 3 times to cancel the order as I am not at my address, but Peter England is sleeping and not cancelling, not refunding my money which is paid already.
I request again to cancel and refund my money as soon as possible....

I ordered a shirt on 15 th August and it was showing delivery on 22nd August, but today is 23rd and didn't received my product yet. And I am not able to track my product, its not updated.

Hi I purchased a blazer on site, with order id 6591202, under which I've been informed that its out for delivery on 13th August 2022, but still haven't received it. It still shows its out delivery. Im trying to reach the team on app support, Facebook messages and Instagram but still haven't received any response from 13th august 2022. Inspite of raising disputes with no response im totally disappointed of Peter England team...

I filled a complaint several times no response from their side Funny thing is product is out for delivery on 20:22 and delivery at 20:23 which I’m surprised how some one delivered product within a minute

I bought a tshirt from peter england in shivpuri but the tshirt got defected so i ask them to give me same but they don't have the same size so i ask them to give me the another tshirt for same size they told the same that they don't have the size for another tshirt also, so i asked them to refund but they refused that there is no policy to refund in peter England afterword they told that they will give the same tshirt within 2 days but today...

Today(13/03) i went PE shop to buy a jeans and T shirt for my brother as a b-day gift .so before choosing of cloth itself i ask whether i can change if its not fit or my brother dont like the colour and they say yes .The same day evening my brother went to change, but they said we can change only for size issue not for any other issue such as change of colour or different cloths .I asked a reason for that and they say auditing is going on...
