Peter England — Denyl of trouser fitting by the employee

I had purchased a pair trousers and a pair of shirt from there store located at NH1 Factory Store Ambala, Delhi Highway, Kuldeep Nagar, Ambala Cantt, Haryana 133004, India. When I asked the employee to shorten the length of the trousers which they have to do if a costumers asks them to, but after talking to their senior or tailor they rejected it and said that it cannot be done inspight of me agreeing to there 4 days delay in the service.
Pathetic!
