Very sorry to say very very bogus services serving by Peter England. I am facing issue since 9th Feb still there is no solution. Online custmoer care number is not working. website has change. When we enter peterengland.com it is automatically goes on aditya birla fashion and retail site. thats y confusion create our order is showing old status and process issue other.
i have one order which is placed on 6th feb and deliver same but there is fitting issue i tried to return it. but return butten were not working. i tried to mail and file complain but failed. Afterthat i wrote a latter to Aditya birla fashion custmercare service. they tried to solve issue but again issue was created by peterengland.com. my order still open and everyday courier boy come at my place and demand to return the product. now what should i do? once i return the prodcut and still amount not pay by company to me and courier boy demand the return product

        Respected Sir,

        I have visited Peter England showroom located in Shimoga, Nehru Road along with My Brother for shopping Today dated 12/02/2022. But surprisingly the behaviour of Male employee is very rude and Unprofessional. We felt insulted and taken a back. It's happened twice with same male employee. We have shopped before also for entire family many thousands of worth of material. He is definitely incompetent to handle customers. Finally we were able shop with the help of lady staff who helped us with utmost patience. I have decided never to visit Peter England. Please take necessary action

          I had purchased Peter England Jean via Flipkart on 21 October 2022 with Order ID - OD[protected]

          I am using this jean from last two or three months rarely once a month but yesterday night, when I try to wear this jean, it were rip up like paper. This jean is completely destroyed from everywhere.

          I shocked to see that and this kind of experience were never happened with me. It is very first time that I want to wear this jean and it completely ripped up from all corners and areas.

          Today, I start finding where I bought this jean and with the help of Peter England Brand Name. Mostly, I used Amazon and Flipkart for my online shopping. I found this order was done and delivered through Flipkart. Moreover, I also talked with Flipkart customer support but they couldn't able to help me because I also personally think that this is brand liability to change/replace this jean or refund my money.

          I hope you will be surely consider my request.

            This is poor quality and i want my money back . The parches was done on 14th jan 2023

              Dear sir,
              I have been cheated. i had purchased a shirt from one of your outlet in mangalore. Its frachise outlet:ADONIS
              with the first wash itslef colour of the shirt goes drastically. I have handed over the shirt to them. They say that they have sent it to your company for lab testing etc.

                Pathetic.
                even there is no custmore care number.

                    Order Pickup time came a message your Madura package has failed the quality check and has not been picked delhivery.

                        I had ordered a sweatshirt through online app on the 24th December it was supposed to be delivered on the 28th still I haven’t received the product it says in transit delayed. Im not sure why is the delay here when the dispatch location and delivery location is same within Bangalore

                        I would not have ordered through online if i had known this would happen its my first time ordering through online app and its the worst experience my Order ID is 7288401.

                        I want this product to be delivered ASAP if not cancel my order and process a refund to the original mode of payment..

                            Hi this is Nishant Sourav i have ordered a product from an online shopping website called peterengland.com having ORDER NO- 7196618 but unfortunately i got the wrong product, so i create a refund request then next day a delivery boy came and didn't accept my product and told me to talk to customer care of pe and ask them to turn off quality check, . i ordered my product 7-12-22 and i received 9-12-22, same day i apply for refund . but till now there is no response from your side .i am literally confused what to do now, how a company customer support is so much bad .from last three days i continuously generate queries from your site but i haven't receive any kind of response . i want to say it's not my fault that you send me wrong product then why i suffer so much .even though your company do not have any customer care number so that customer can easily raise their problem. please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                        I have purchased Leter England Gift Card yesterday worth Rs. 4079. And used ₹299 to order an item from PE website. Now the remaining balance showing on Card is ₹3780 I'm unable to use. The unused amount is so high and I'm stuck in between. I've to order clothing item for important ceremony.
