Peter England — exchange - refund issue | |||||
On my birthday my sister presented shirt to me of rs. 1199/- from peter england showroom shahapur belgaum karnataka (Invoice enclosed). I have returned and exchanged with other shirt of rs. 999/- (Shirt price tag enclosed) the amount was not refunded by the stores. Behavior store manager was very rude and insulting the customer. Store manager has not issued any document for return and exchange. The amount of refund is very minor but dominance is not acceptable. Request your kind help to resolve this issue. I cancelled this order on date 23 november 2020 from on Peter England official site. There after I talk to transport service E Com Express, and told him this parcel is cancelled and return it on date 25 November 2020, E Com Tracking I'd is- [protected].i talk to e com Express then told me parcel is returned to hi 10 December and Diliverd on timely, Return Tracking I'd is [protected] on transport to E Com Express.
When is my Refund amount 2655/- credited to my bank account ?.
