Hi, when it was in shipping, I cancelled the product. But, they didn't update anything in the official site, so I approached support team and requested to cancel. They said, it will cancel but it didn't. And, it delivered to me.
This time I raised return request, again same repeated. Pickup initiated but, no one reached to pickup. And, approached to the support team again. They are keep on postponing.
