Petilante Online — Delay in delivering the replaced product

I have ordered Hp pavilion aero 13 on 18th August and it got delivered to me on 21st August. I was facing issue with the wifi in laptop hence I placed a replacement request on flipkart. The timeline that flipkart gave me shows that the product will be delivered by 12th September. My replacement request was approved by hp technician on 8th September itself. It's already 12th September and I haven't received the replaced laptop yet. Moreover on flipkart status it shows that the product is not even packed yet. After filing complaint on flipkart and calling customer support of flipkart, they said the issue will be resolved by 16th September. Now on flipkart, the status is that the replaced laptop will be delivered by 19th September. They are delaying the delivery date. No updates are shown on flipkart from seller's side as well as flipkart is not responding to the problem properly and just delaying the delivery date.
