(Punjab and Haryana High Court ) Order id is OD[protected] I am fed up calling your customer care again and again and i want refund of my order i.e Hp Laptop and when i call your customer services and tell them please transfer the call to your senior they say we can't able to transfer call as it has been said that no call can be transfer to senior and now i will be issuing notice to your company as well to hp brand for this nuisance caused and harrasment yo me and secondly i make a call your customer agents disconnects a call which is very disguisting. Companies are ment for customers not to harrass customers like me and many more now its all over i beared a loss of 15000 rupees as my salary also been deducted due to the same reason as for what purpose i bought the laptop that purpose is not been achieved. I placed my order on 23.05.2022 and same day i put the replacement of the same product and they told that technician will be visited on your address and on 08.06.2022 that date given by your Flipkart system gets breached and again new replacement has been forwarded on which 26.06.2022 is given to me. And that date also gets breached second time as technician has not visited again. And now its 11.07.2022 about 2 months passed and no steps are taken by you on my behalf. And now i will go for the legal step and you will be liable for the same i am serving notice to you through ceo, director as well HP brand MY order id is attached therewith a screenshot . Now i want compensation for this long delay for rupees 30000 rupees and also needs refund for my ordered laptop.
I hope you will rely this soon and provide me resolution for same as well compensation for same described above.
