I have ordered the Hp pavilion laptop on 2nd October. But unluckily my unit was having heating issue..battery backup would last only 1.5 hours as per normal usage and adapter used to heat alot. As per policy I have opted the replacment option but seller was providing refund option. I opted for it.. After waiting for a long Hp techncian visited at my place and check my laptop and he find my problem valid He has approved my problem and send me the DOA. again after few days another technician came and he sealed my laptop. Everything was going fine..But suddenly without informing me my refund request was cancelled by the seller. I contact to the flipkart executive they again initiate my refund request and again after few days of pickup seller cancelled my refund request without any mail or call. Again after talking to many of the flipkart executives they raised my refund request again the seller rejected it. This contintue for 4 to 5 times Now when i have changed my mind for another laptop which has more battery backup.. Seller is saying they will provide me replacment not refund. After making me wait for a month when i have changed my mind for another laptop they are not providing me refund This is such a harrasment for me I have showed my patience for one month Now they are not providing me refund I am having my MBA classes, how difficult it is for me to manage my classes now when i have change my mind for other laptop with better battery backup because i have to visit college they are not providing my refund This is very disturbing for me I have buy this laptop with my hard earned money and i am not at all satisfied They were the one who where providing me refund but after one month they are refusing me for refund please kindly take action against it Was this information helpful? | |||
