I have given order of Lenovo IdeaPad 3 Core i3 11th Gen - (8 GB/256 GB) from Flipkart on 18th Jan with Order id-OD[protected] at FLIPKART with Petilante Online and delivered defective piece of laptop with auto restart even pressing power button after unfold and deemed screen.
I raised return request on 25th Jan with all asked proof and confirmed with Flipkart customer executive but asked to provide proofs of image on 28th Jan mentioning return would be cancelled if I fail to provide it.
I provided immediately the same but return was not approved and every time date line was extended with the remarks that team is verifying.
The intention is clear this seller selling duplicate and defective laptop but no action taken by Flipkart.
Pls help to take blacklist this seller and refund my money back.
