I purchased a new laptop Lenovo IdeaPad slim 3 and after 2 days, I Faced speaker issues. I contacted Lenovo Customer Care and they told me that after the engineer's visit, they will give your a service request and they will seal the laptop, they had done all thing and I generated DOA Certificate after the generation of the DOA Certificate I will get my replacement with Flipkart team but after getting DOA Certificate when I had contacted Flipkart support they told me that It's not their fault. They are denying to give me to give the replacement product please assist me with what to do now. Because this DOA Certificate is valid for 10 days only.
