I have ordered a HP Pavilion (2023) Eyesafe Ryzen 5 Hexa Core 5625U - (16 GB/512 GB SSD/Windows 11 Home) 14-EC1019AU Thin and Light Laptop amounted 54, 490 rs but i recieved hp chromebook x360 14a-ca0504TU amounted 22000 approx. I ordered it on[protected] and it was delivered on[protected]. Flipkart does not provides delivery at my place so i gave my relative address to recieve the product. It was an open delivery so they checked whether it is damaged or not but all hp laptops are similar and it cannot be identified at that time that the laptop is changed as the name written on the bill was correct. There Was 7 days replacement policy and i recieved my laptop after the replacement policy expired. Flipkart was not helping me, they were just ignoring our request, i complained in flipkart grievances. After few weeks, i got message from flipkart that return request is processing but during process seller rejeted the return request. Flipkart is not giving information regarding seller, but as we can only see the seller name in order details, i searched for it on google, i saw there were many fraud request against that seller on indian consumer helpline. Seller might have intentionally changed the laptop and as per the flipkart support, he is rejecting my return request. I am having all the documents and proofs, bill registered on my name of the original laptop i ordered (HP Pavilion (2023) Eyesafe Ryzen 5 Hexa Core 5625U - (16 GB/512 GB SSD/Windows 11 Home) 14-EC1019AU Thin and Light Laptop). The serial no. written on my bill is also active. only the laptop is changed from inside. We also registered complaint earlier on national consumer helpline, but they are not responding and we are filing it again as the return request is updated but seller rejected. There should be an action against seller because are having bill and laptop is missing so it can also be a case of stealing laptop. Requesting for refunding or provide original laptop
