PGVCL — Geb gandhidham not responding to our complaints

Dear sir

We, residing in gandhidham, sector 5, plot no 91, sathwara have registered regular complaints to geb office gandhidham regarding our three phase wire being located on pole where a huge been tree also present... It's branches have been disrupting our line every year n also cut the wire twice... Buy no one from geb cutting down the tree or changing the pole of our 3 phase line... No tree cutter ready to cut tree bcos of the line... What is the matter behind this delay we don't know... Please if you could help..
