Phci — Non communicable and non refund of money

While selling the health plan, phci customer officer, and even too manager, called me several times a day, to convince me. But after purchase of the plan at ₹10000, their mobiles and landline contact nos became unreachable, without any confirmation...I called them 100 times a day, but no reply and no action for refund of money after cancellation of policy...It is not trustworthy plan and company...Pls help me to get refund of money.
