I purchased policy online by paying rs 10000/
More than 15 days have been gone still i did't get my kit. Every time when i call customer care they say it will be deliver today evening, it was expected to receive 10 days before. 7-8 times i called every time same reply i got.
One of the worst service i have seen in my life. Very very disappointed with phci service, no call no email.
Finally i deceided to cancel my policy & want to refund my whole amount asap.
I have written and call so may times but every time they tell a lie.
