Name of the company - preventive health care india (Phci). Made me avail platinum plan & took rs 10000 from me. But have not delivered anything till now including bp monitoring machine, glucometer, tax benefits, benefits against rs 4000 discount coupons etc. I am now planning to lodge a police complaint and going to consumer forum for fraud.
