Videocon D2H customer Id[protected]

I have taken connection of D2H Videocon for my Television.
As a service charge D2H charge 200 if channel are not working on you TV.

Currently i am facing issues related with "NO SIGNAL AVAILABLE".
To fix this they are asking 200rs service charge.

A month ago I faced same issue and paid 200 rs for service. I don't know but they are making some changes at there end or the service vendor doesn't fix the problem permanently and charging customer every time 200 for such small issue fixes.

Could you please look into this and get it resolved.
