Philips — Amazon delivered damaged home theater | |||||
I am writing to be noticed by Philips that Amazon has been affecting Philips band value in India, if you take a look on Amazon website, there are lot of customer suffering however Amazon doesnt want to understand & work on any. They just deny. Amazon shouldnt charge customer for such stupid service. I received box yesterday with local packing, when I opened it. Cable were broken, aux cable broken, no TV/DVD connector cable & it was not working at all. I called Amazon care, they said, they will send new one and I got message today, it`ll be delivered by 10th Jun after 6days, though they have taken back this broken/not working Philips box today, I am not sure why do they need 6days time ??
