Philips — Horrible service.. Technician fight with the customer. | |||
We have purchased Home Theatre of Philips electronics from Croma on 31st Jan'16. While buying they assured us that the cost of installation is including in the price that they have taken from us. After several follow up none of the technician came to install the Home theater at our home. After giving them several reminders, technician came on 15th Feb'16 and after doing installation started clicking pictures of our house on which we defeated. So, he started fighting with my dad. We are really pissed off with the service that Philips has given us. And we are going to take a very very strict legal action against this. Was this information helpful? | |||
