Philips India — 40 Inch LED TV display not working | |||
Sep 2, 2016 Replacement of TV, Worst Service and fake promises Hello Sir/Madam, I have called the Philips customer care and given a complaint on 3rd Sept 2016 (Complain No is PAHM[protected]), as our TV display is gone, only we are able to hear audio no video is displayed. We had purchased the TV on 22nd Oct 2015 @ Alap Electronics Ahmedabad. Since we have 5 year warranty.It is just pass 10 month now TV is in repaired. After so many calls they send the technician after a week. Technician checked by open back cover and repacked and start it smelling like burning so replied to replace SMPS. After passing two day he replaced the SMPS but problem still present and no solution comes. Finally he ask to take TV at him service station but after passing of 13 day still no any solution comes as well as not able to trouble shoot the actual fault part and not able to give the time line for resolution. I amnier times call to ur customer care as well as ur service incharge Mr Jignesh on [protected] & ur service station at [protected], [protected]. But no one replied in how many days it is resolved. since now no call and when we are calling no one is picking the call neither responding back it is 13 days now. So I want this issue to be sorted by within 2 days or else I will be bringing the TV to 'More" along with media.There is a limit to have patience, think you people have crossed it.
