Philips India — After Sales Repair Services beyond Guarantee Period | |||||
I have booked a complaint of my Philips TV model No. 46PFL5755/V7 vide complaint no.GHA[protected] dated Jan 15th, 2017 with handyhome.in which is service portal fro philips TV. Please find below the response activity wise 1. Technician Ankur contact no. [protected], visited on 17.1.17, analysed the problem without much of testing declared motherboard is faulty. The same was earlier replaced by Philips by paid services 15 months back. The man highly unprofessional seems to be some local technician outsourced by Philips service agency. He also tried to negotiate on fixed committed service charges also. 2.No response for a week. 3. After following up from my end some Balraj from Videocon contact no.[protected] visited on 21.1.17, without doing any testing confirmed the same problem. Assured to provide solution by next day but later neither called up or informed nor receiving calls from me. 4. Again received 2 calls from two different technicians inquiring the problem but no further response. 5. Again received call from Mohit Sharma contact no. [protected] inquiring about problem later no response. 6. I have tried to contact their Area Service Incharge Harish contact no.[protected] several time over phone he did not ever bother to receive calls, even I sent sms which also he did not bother to respond or act upon. 7. Lastly to anyone's surprise they have cancelled ( mind it not closed) the complaint complaint on Jan 31st, 2017 without any resolution and reason for cancellation. Through this forum, I am requesting for strict action against company and service in charge Harish with resolution of my problem or refund of TV purchase price if they have issue in resolving the problem. I purchased a earphone and it was not working after few month and then I contacted service center and asked for the replacement. Then I was informed that I will receive the replacement only after 15 days. When requested they gave me the date till 27th but today is 2nd MARCH AND STILL I HAVENT RECEIVED THE REPLACEMENT.
