Air Fryer received in damaged condition

Dear Team

This is the worst service I have ever had with the Philip's still there is not solution about the service it's more than 25 days.

Kindly help for the solution or will escalate on social media if issue is not been resolved.

SR no 60-[protected] 1st Nov 21 as per the request executive has visited on 3rd Nov and informed that will charge 1600 for the damaged part but till date no replacement...

        Customer Complain No[protected]
        Sent no of mails and talked customer care personnel several times. Finally called Manager Customer care ( Mob no provided by them more than ten times) but not responded. Not even responded a concrete response by mail other than a formal customary system response. On 18.11.2021 I was told that a full replacement have approved on 28.10.2021. On 24.11.2021, I again communicated that the replacement have not released yet from wire House. Disappointed with the committed services within warranty period. Submitting for resolving the issue at earliest with a proper response to my email.

          The Cell Point, Sushant lok phase 1 Gurgaon staff forced me to pay checking charges when I asked to return the item despite notifying them the issue before giving them device. The staff did not tell me charges before taking device. Philips India refused to refund false and forced service charges. They even closed my complaint on NCH with false excuse and Lata Beriya at the service centre first did not give me bill to avoid getting caught by saying bill book is finished and after a month gave me a fake bill soft copy where delivery charges were changed to service charges. I will complaint in consumer court using recorded calls and messages as evidence against fraud service if service charges of INR 550 is not refunded back to my paytm account registered on my mobile number soon.

            I purchased a power bank from Phillips but it stopped working in warranty period. I tried connecting the customer support through different toll free no.s but they always told me to call on some other no. This way they keep looping me in and my warranty is about to expire now. I also tried complaining through email but didn't get any response. I am highly disappointed with Phillips after sale product support.

                  The product stopped working after 11 months. Complaint registered on September 25th. TV could not be repaired so they said either to wait for the part (10 days) or pay an extra amount of Rs 6500 & get a new TV, To which I agreed. Numerous calls have been made, and every time the response is that it will be replaced within 2-3 days. To date, the TV has not been replaced. It is claimed to be a 2020 product, so if in less than a year Philips cannot repair a product for want of spares, and worse still unable to give the Customer a replacement even after 42 days, the writing is on the wall “Do not trust Philips India products”.

                    I am a big fan of Philips Appliances and have purchased more than twenty home appliances of Philips. Recently for the first time I visited the service centre in Hall Bazar Amritsar to purchase Jars for my old mixer since the handles and lids of the old mixer jars were broken. The turbaned person who refused to disclose his name, treated me and my wife in very arrogant and ill mannered way. Instead of providing genuine parts he was suggesting us some "Juggards". That person is spoiling the reputation of your company and must be warned regarding the same. Any way I purchased new jars of that model instead of getting these repaired by some "Juggards"

                    After this incident I am reconsidering my loyalty towards the Philips brand. If the customer is not getting a satisfactory after sale service, the customer will be reluctant to purchase any new product of the brand and will also refrain from recommending to his/her friends.

                            Purchased Philips Toaster HD4815/01on 10 Oct from INCS Kanjurmarg (Naval CSD) Mumbai. On testing at home, the toaster lever for pressing was not holding. A complaint No: 60-[protected] was registered with call center on 11 Oct. A technician visited on 12 Oct, but could not repair. In the process he short circuited the toaster & power supply of entire house went off. The toaster was taken to workshop for repair. Today 17 Oct the technician brought the toaster back after repairs. Understand they had changed PCB. On testing by the technician the pressing lever broke. The technician has taken back the toaster. This is the status of Brand new product of reknowned company like Philips. The quality checks appear to be the worst. Very disappointing. I want product to be replaced.                               I have purchased the Philips earphone mode is SHE1505BK through amazon on 21June 2021, Now my microphone stops working suddenly and I couldn.t find that product on Philips website.

                              On the warranty card it is showing 6 months warranty and my product is in warranty period

                                  I called the above company for servicing and changing of the filter of my old Philips Aquaguard water filter Model No. 3890. I used to pay Rs. 600/- for the filter + servicing charges. Now they are quoting Rs. 1, 800/- for the filter plus Rs. 300/- service charges. I find this exhorbitant. Has the price of the filter gone up by 300%? Are they cheating me, or is this not an approved Philips service centre?

                                      Was purchased Philips headphone on 04/04/21 from poorvika mugapair east, Chennai.Now the headphone was not working from 31st September due to some personal reasons I went my native yesterday 05/10/21 I find the bill and went to poorvika show room they told you are one day late we can't do anything for warenty.I never expect philips will give such a waste product even local brand headphones working better than ur product.I was shocked and disappointed this is the quality Philips is maintaining.Totally my money waste..
