Philips India — Bluetooth Headset is defective and no proper response from the service centre.

Bought Philips Bluetooth headset Model # SHB6017/28 from flipkart back in October and there is a charging problem. I approached the philips Service centre which is in Purasaiwalkam Chennai (Global Electronics) on 9th of March 2015. The rep said that the headset will be the replaced within 2 weeks and when I called them after 2 weeks there is no proper response and he sounded rude, When I asked for the exact time frame, he said that he will call when he gets the replacement and havent heard from them yet. Get this issue straightned ASAP.
