Philips India — CD sound mechine is not working

I purchased a CD sound mechine of model no AZ380 on12/03/2015 from YOUR CHOISE gift shop, K.V.M tower court road, PALAKKAD 01, KERALA state, INDIA.But MP3 CD is not working properly.When i insert the disc the display shows no .The device is given for servicing in Two times within this time in autharised service centre in PALAKKAD.But now also this device is not working.I dont expect such a problems from a philips product and I feel you are cheating me.So I request you to make arrangement to refund my amount as early as possible.My phone no.
