Sir it is my painful duty to inform you that after lodged a complaint, there is no response from your side. Sir I think I have committed a serious mistake by buying your product.sir in my local area there is a Philips service station, but it only name shake.whenever i am contacting your representatives and telling about my problem their usual answer is "sorry sir" and we are very sorry for inconvenience.sir finally i want to know whether my problem will be sorted out or not. awaiting for a quick response.
