[Resolved] Philips India — Complaint Ref no. PHUB [protected] | |
Dear Sir,
I am a customer who bought Philips Television from Reliance Digital Mangalore being delivered to my dental clinic address in Mulki Mangalore.
Within a year from the date of purchase (under warranty period) the television went out of order.
The complaint has been registered on[protected] bearing ref. no. PHUB [protected].
So far no action is being taken inspite of making numerous personal follow up with the dealer and the Philips Service Centre.
Regret to inform you that the arrogant answer we get from your service centre in Mangalore.
I need your immediate action in this regard and sort out my complaint.
