Philips India — Dark at the right side of TV set

I, Soma Paul had purchased one PHILIPS LED TV (model no. 24PFL3938/V7 A2) from Great Eastern, Barasat on[protected]. On 2nd March 2015 I have lodged one complain (no. PKOL[protected]) due failure of watching the said TV. Mr. Tapan Sarkar from your esteem service centre attended two times. But he was failed to correct or repair my TV set. According to Tapan Sarkar there is a big problem in the panel board or panel. Under these circumstances my family has not been watching television for 12 days. As you know ICC world cup is going on. And I am not able to watch any TV serial which is my only amusement. So I request you to please change this set within 2-3 days and take this problem seriously.
