Philips India — defective tv philips and worst service by tpv | |||
Dear sir, we purchased 43 inch tv from vijay sales - invoice no - 260-agd11-15sifpawuf dated[protected] for rs. 49, 500 (Enclosed invoice copy, warranty card page 1 and page 2) from ahmedabad. After purchase within 2 years first time it got off and stop working. We called up customer care and after 1 month it was resolved. And again after few months same problem happened and again after 1 month the part came. Again on 1st june - 2019 our tv was off and stopped we called up customer care on 3-june against the faulty tv and it took them 12 days to logged the complaint asking for warranty card and bill which they asked and which i use to mail they every 2 days. And at last june - 11- 2019 they lodged the complaint. There authorized service center - aalap services - person visiting and did not repair and went back taking the bills, warranty card copy - today its[protected] and still nothing has been done from service center and called up continious customer care but no one replied with some sense answer. We request you to kindly ban this tv in india so that they dont cheat people with defective tv and their money. Was this information helpful? | |||
