Philips India — Delay in addressing complaints. | |||
Hi, I have purchased a led tv 40" from flipkart on 06 oct 2014. The tv has 3 years warranty (Received email on 09-dec-2014), after a year on 15 jan 2016 the was a red line started appearing on the tv. So i have raised a compliant (Compliant # pblr[protected]) to rectify, the request has been assigned to the executive and he came and saw the tv and said there is a problem in the tv and your tv does not comes in the warranty. After convincing him he took a photo of the tv and said there is problem with the board and after calling him continuously he came after 20-25 days with the board and changed it, but the problem was still there, then said it may be the problem of panel . He took some more photos and went. When i call him he politely says, sir its not my problem, our service center has approved your request to change the panel but it has to be approved from mumbai office, they are holding it. It has been 3.5 months i am trying but nobody is bothered to listen. Where should i go now, i have purchased this with my hard earned money in the emi and reputed companies are playing with the customers. Please suggest me the further action.
