Philips India — delay in replacement | |||
I ordered a philips she1505 earphones from flipkart with 1 yr warranty, but after 6 months the left earphone suddenly stopped working, so i went to philips service center (Opera electronics, rishikesh) for replacement of the product. Firstly, the lady did not attend me properly and he was refuse for the replacement stating that the warranty period of the earphones is of 6 months only, and that it was ordered from flipkart but after seeing the bill and warranty card she received the request and told me to wait for 10-15 days for the replacement. Secondly, i didn't receive any updates regarding the replacement and when i called the service center after 16 days, they said that there was wrong warranty details provided to me by flipkart and told me to wait another 7 days. Thirdly, after 7 days i tried to reach the center, but the executive didn't receive my call disconnected my calls. Was this information helpful? | |||
