Dear Sir/Madam, This complaint is regarding the above mentioned Philips Juicer HR-1855 which we bought thru Flipkart . On 7th of March this year it stopped working. We lodged a formal complaint thru your call centre. Next day, your engineer visited. He found the fise blown. The guy was not having a proper rating fuse and he connected a wire (!!!) in place of a fuse.This resulted in fumes coming out of the motor. Finally he said that the motor of the juicer is burnt. He informed us that the motor was not in stock and he shall come after 1 week. Today is 19th of March the guy never turned up. Again on 17th I called up your called centre with a ticket no[protected] on 17th of March. I explained the situation to the lady and she apologised the in covenience in a usual mechanical way and assured me that with in 8 hrs technician will visit and resolve the issue. Till date no one has visited us. Kindly let us know if the company is serious about the service and customer or not..? If this is the standard of the company like Philips, what will happen with other companies, I request you to resolve this issue on a priority basis . Else I will be left with the only option of sharing my bad experience with Philips on Internet and Flip kart as well so that atleast others will not suffer. Was this information helpful? | |||
