I have lodged a complaint regarding my tv (39pfl5470/v7 a17), next day of this complaint one person came & said to order a part for your tv, but after one month there is no response from anyone side, even no one pick my call. it was not working properly so that i have returned it to service centre on 9th oct 2018. but still they have not replaced it neither they have updated me the status. my complain.
