Philips India — philips tv replacement issue - even I have 5 years of warranty | |
I have been chasing Philips Customer care members for last 4 and half months for my TV issue which has 1+4 years of warranty. After repeated discussions, now they are asking me to pay additional amount to replace my TV. So that, they will give new TV with old warranty. The new TV difference amount which I have to pay is very close to the open market TV price, with that you can directly buy TV from Amazon. I am not sure what is the befit of having Warranty. To reach this point Philips took almost 5months. I don't know how long will they take further to reach to a conclusion and solve my TV issue. Was this information helpful? | |
