Philips India — power bank

I have purchased philips 11000 mah powerbank dlp6006b on 17.06.2019 having one year warrenty. It is not working properly. Battery is not getting charged 100 %. Order id is od[protected]. The product which i have purchased is under one year warrenty period. Hence i request you to look into this matter.

Model 31409 led tube lights not even used for 2 years completely unsatiesfied. Please increase warranty or provide good quality products suitable to use in India.
