[Resolved] Philips India — Product
I had purchase a Philips 32 inch television set on 20/10/2014 from flipkart India online whose warranty was upgraded for three years.
The said television was not working properly hence complaint was lodged with the customer care Philips India on 13/12/2016 vide compliant No MUM[protected].
The said television was collected by the service centre for repairs on 16/12/2016 but returned back, with the report that parts are not available .
The said service centre person informed us that the television set will be replaced in a weeks time.
I regret to say that inspite of several follow up from 16/12/2016 to date, neither concrete response has been received from Philips India nor the replaced television.
I was given at least 10 different phone no from area manager to zonal manager of my area but none of them responded apart from one Mr Ajay Patankar who at least responded to my call.
I got a call from Philips India office on 13/01/2017 from telephone no[protected] saying that my model is not available for replacement hence another model will be given with extra charges which I didn't agree; but after that they are silent no my issue.
I am attaching herewith the invoice copy, emailed warranty card from Philips India .
